MEDIA RELEASE - SEXUAL MISCONDUCT

The Education Labour Relations Council (ELRC) is aware of the naked photographs that are circulating on social media, as reported by the Daily Sun on 4th February 2019, of a school teacher and underage minor from a school in the Vaal.

As stipulated in Collective Agreement No. 3 of 2018, the matter will be dealt with in the ELRC through an arbitration process (Inquiry by the Arbitrator), once the Department has concluded its internal processes.
