The purpose of the ELRC Labour Law Seminar is to enhance and promote critical discussions on labour law developments in the country as well as to identify opportunities to improve the landscape for the betterment of the country.
This seminar presents an opportunity for practitioners in the labour relations environment within the public service and unions to work together to forge a greater alliance to meet the demands of an ever-changing business world affected by global economic challenges.
Attendees can expect two and a half days of interactive expert discussions and case studies, all with their unique insights and discussions and provide feedback on best practices that contribute to improving the implementation of labour law in South Africa.
