In light of the President’s announcement on COVID-19 on 15th March 2020, the Council has taken a decision to postpone all scheduled cases from 23rd March to 30th April 2020.
The ELRC hereby direct as follows:
All contact processes involving face-to-face interaction with users are hereby postponed until 30th April 2020.
No person will be allowed to walk into the ELRC building (Centurion office) and Provincial Chambers for the purpose of enquiries and serving/delivering any processes or documents. The ELRC will only accept referrals and documents received through other non-contact methods such as the DMS App and email (LeratoK@elrc.org.za and MatloseM@elrc.org.za).
The Council will continue to monitor the situation actively and take appropriate measures or additional precautions if necessary.
